On The Open Road
VERSE 1
Been couped up way too long
Just feeling like somethings wrong
So I gotta go
Jump in the car step on the gas
Hit the interstate at last
Where I'm going I don't know
CHORUS
On the open road
Gonna drive cause I feel out of control
Tired of feeling sick and tired
Gonna drive til I'm feeling higher
Keep on driving til I loose this load
On the open road
On the open road
VERSE 2
I've been down way too long
In my car listening to a song
On the radio
On the road to no where
Where I go I just don't care
Gonna drive so I don't loose control
CHORUS
On the open road
Gonna drive cause I feel out of control
Tired of feeling sick and tired
Gonna drive til I'm feeling higher
Keep on driving til I loose this load
On the open road
On the open road
VERSE 3
Hundred miles and feeling great
Ready to join the human race
So I'm headed home
On my way I just smile
Cause I know it will be a while
Before I need to go
CHORUS
On the open road
Gonna drive cause I feel out of control
Tired of feeling sick and tired
Gonna drive til I'm feeling higher
Keep on driving til I loose this load
On the open road
On the open road
